Dr. Matthew Epstein graduated from New York University College of Dentistry earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery with an honors in periodontics. Following dental school, his advanced training was completed in the General Practice Residency Program at Montefiore Medical Center in New York where he treated medically complex patients in a hospital-based setting with a focus in periodontics and oral surgery.
Dr. Epstein performs a wide range of procedures all aimed at improving oral health and facial esthetics. His clinical focus is periodontal and oral surgery, with an emphasis on providing a painless dental experience in a stress-free environment. He is certified in nitrous oxide anesthesia and takes extensive continuing education to keep up to date with the latest techniques in periodontics.
Dr. Epstein was born and raised in Newton and is a graduate of Newton North High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts in economics with a concentration in Pre-medical Sciences from Tufts University.
